目的：分析采用综合美容疗法治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法：随机抽取43例女性黄褐斑患者，将其平均分成实验组和对照组，分别对其进行治疗，具体来说，采用美妍靓肤汤与透穴刺法对实验组进行治疗，对照组采用普通针刺治疗方法。结果：与对照组相比，实验组的美容效果更佳显著。结论：采用综合美容法，能够养血活血，滋养肝肾，值得在临床上推广。

목적：분석채용종합미용요법치료황갈반적림상효과。방법：수궤추취43례녀성황갈반환자，장기평균분성실험조화대조조，분별대기진행치료，구체래설，채용미연정부탕여투혈자법대실험조진행치료，대조조채용보통침자치료방법。결과：여대조조상비，실험조적미용효과경가현저。결론：채용종합미용법，능구양혈활혈，자양간신，치득재림상상추엄。
Objective :to analyze the clinical effect of the comprehensive beauty therapy in the treatment of chloasma .Methods :randomly selected 43 cases of female patients with melasma ,be divided into experimental group and control group ,separately carries on the treatment , specifically ,the Yan Liang skin soup with penetration needling on experimental groups ,the control group with normal acupuncture treat-ment .Results :compared with control group ,the experimental group was significant better cosmetic effect .Conclusion :combined beauty method ,capable of nourishing blood ,nourishing liver and kidney ,is worthy of clinical popularization .
