　　目的：对糖尿病合并高血压患者进行教育和临床护理的方法，控制并发症的发生，提高糖尿病患者的生活水平和质量。方法：对50例糖尿病合并高血压患者采用用药指导、饮食指导、运动指导、心理护理等一系列的健康护理指导。结果：参与健康教育的糖尿病合并高血压患者对疾病的相关知识基本上有详细的了解，其中完全掌握健康教育内容的比率为90％，基本了解率为7％，理解率为3％。掌握健康教育的内容，提高了糖尿病合并高血压患者的生活水平和质量。结论：糖尿病合并高血压患者的治疗具有终身性的特点，通过对患者加强健康教育和临床护理，对患者进行科学的管理，可有效降低并发症的概率，提高患者的生活质量。
　　목적：대당뇨병합병고혈압환자진행교육화림상호리적방법，공제병발증적발생，제고당뇨병환자적생활수평화질량。방법：대50례당뇨병합병고혈압환자채용용약지도、음식지도、운동지도、심리호리등일계렬적건강호리지도。결과：삼여건강교육적당뇨병합병고혈압환자대질병적상관지식기본상유상세적료해，기중완전장악건강교육내용적비솔위90％，기본료해솔위7％，리해솔위3％。장악건강교육적내용，제고료당뇨병합병고혈압환자적생활수평화질량。결론：당뇨병합병고혈압환자적치료구유종신성적특점，통과대환자가강건강교육화림상호리，대환자진행과학적관리，가유효강저병발증적개솔，제고환자적생활질량。
objective :to diabetic education and clinical nursing methods of patients with high blood pressure ,control the occurrence of complications and improve the level and quality of life of diabetic patients .Methods :50 cases of diabetic patients with high blood pressure medication guide ,dietary guidance ,sports guidance ,psychological nursing and a series of health care guidance .Results :in health education of diabetic patients with high blood pressure related to disease basically have a detailed understanding of knowledge ,which completely master health education content is 90% ,the ratio of basic understanding rate was 7% ,the understanding rate of 3% .To master the content of health education and improve the diabetic patients with high blood pressure level and quality of life .Conclusion :the treatment of patients with diabetic hypertension has the characteristics of the permanent ,through strengthening health education and clinical nursing on the patients ,the patients with scientific management ,can effectively reduce the probability of complications ,improve the quality of life of patients .
