　　目的：探讨耳屏前S形切口颧弓骨折整复术的治疗效果。方法：对颧弓骨折的患者施行耳屏前 S形切口颧弓骨折复位、钛钉钛板坚强内固定手术。结果：共对12例颧弓骨折的患者施行耳屏前 S形切口颧弓骨折整复术，所有患者均取得良好效果，并发症的发生。结论：耳屏前S形切口颧弓骨折整复术可以在直视下使颧弓骨折做到解剖复位，钛钉钛板坚强内固定确切，切口瘢痕隐蔽，手术效果良好。
　　목적：탐토이병전S형절구권궁골절정복술적치료효과。방법：대권궁골절적환자시행이병전 S형절구권궁골절복위、태정태판견강내고정수술。결과：공대12례권궁골절적환자시행이병전 S형절구권궁골절정복술，소유환자균취득량호효과，병발증적발생。결론：이병전S형절구권궁골절정복술가이재직시하사권궁골절주도해부복위，태정태판견강내고정학절，절구반흔은폐，수술효과량호。
Objective :To approach the treatment effectiveness of reconstructive operation of zygomatic arch fracture with pretragal S -shaped incision .Methods :We used pretragal S -shaped incision to reset zygomatic arch fracture and fix it with titan plate and nails .Results:12 patients suffered zygomatic arch fracture received reconstructive operation of zygomatic arch fracture with pretragal S -shaped incision . All cases gained satisfied effects ,and no complications happened .Conclusions :The reconstructive operation of zygomatic arch fracture with pretragal S -shaped incision can get perfect surgical reduction and fixation .No complications happened after this operation .
