目的观察表阿霉素结合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法将我院收治的43例胃癌中晚期患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组为20例，观察组为23例。对照组采用顺铂、甲酞四氢叶酸钙＋5-氟尿嘧啶的化疗方案，观察组采用表阿霉素、顺铂、甲酞四氢叶酸钙＋5-氟尿嘧啶的化疗方案，比较两种化疗方案的效果和毒性不良反应。结果对照组中完全缓解（CR）2例，部分缓解（PR）10例，稳定（SD）6例，进展（PD）2例，以完全缓解和部分缓解为有效，总有效率60％；观察组中完全缓解（CR）4例，部分缓解（PR）12例，稳定（SD）8例，进展（PD）1例，总有效率69．57％。两组相比较具有临床效果差异（P＜0．01）。结论表阿霉素结合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌在临床上有更好的疗效，但有一定胃肠道反应。
목적관찰표아매소결합화료치료중만기위암적림상효과。방법장아원수치적43례위암중만기환자분위대조조여관찰조，대조조위20례，관찰조위23례。대조조채용순박、갑태사경협산개＋5-불뇨밀정적화료방안，관찰조채용표아매소、순박、갑태사경협산개＋5-불뇨밀정적화료방안，비교량충화료방안적효과화독성불량반응。결과대조조중완전완해（CR）2례，부분완해（PR）10례，은정（SD）6례，진전（PD）2례，이완전완해화부분완해위유효，총유효솔60％；관찰조중완전완해（CR）4례，부분완해（PR）12례，은정（SD）8례，진전（PD）1례，총유효솔69．57％。량조상비교구유림상효과차이（P＜0．01）。결론표아매소결합화료치료중만기위암재림상상유경호적료효，단유일정위장도반응。
Objective To observe the table doxorubicin combined with the clinical effect of chemotherapy treatment for locally advanced gastric cancer .Methods 43 patients with middle-late gastric cancer patients were divided into two groups , respectively is the control group and observation group ,23 cases for control group 20 cases, observation group and control group with cisplatin and folinic acid ( a phthalein+5 a flu-orouracil-based chemotherapy scheme , observation group USES the table doxorubicin and cisplatin and fo-linic acid( a phthalein+5afluorouracil-based chemotherapy regimens .Results Control group in CR in 2 ca-ses, PR in 10 cases, SD in 6 cases, PD in 2 cases, complete response and partial response , for effective, total effective rate 60%;Observation group in CR4 cases, PR 12 cases,SD 8 cases.PD in 1 case, the total effective rate was 69.57%.Compared two groups with different clinical effects (P<0.01).Conclusion Table doxorubicin combined with chemotherapy in treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer has better curative effect in clinic , but there are certain gastrointestinal reaction .Summarized as follows:
