目的比较B超、IVU以及多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在临床诊断输尿管梗阻上差异及三种方法在输尿管梗阻诊断中的意义。方法以我院2009年12月~2012年1月收治疗的41例输尿管梗阻患者为研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果定位诊断符合率组间比较,多层螺旋CT三维重建诊断的符合率明显高于B超和IVU诊断的符合率,且组间比较差异具有统计学意义,P均<0.05;定性诊断符合率组间比较,多层螺旋CT三维重建诊断的符合率明显高于B超和IVU诊断的符合率,且组间比较差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床诊断输尿管梗阻的过程中,与B超、IVU等技术相比较,采用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术进行诊断的临床效果显著,是临床诊断输尿管梗阻的可靠选择。

Objective In order to further study and compare the differences of B-, IVU, and three-dimen-sional reconstruction of multislice CT technology in the clinical diagnosis of ureteral obstruction , and pro-vide guidance and basis for clinical practice .Method 41 cases of hospitalized patients with ureteral obstruc-tion in our hospital from December 2009 to January 2012 were chosen as the research object.The clinical data of the patients was taken for rte or spective analysis.Results The positioning diagnosis rates compared be-tween groups ,the compliance rate of the three-dimensional reconstruction of multislice spiral CT diagnosis coincidence rate was significantly higher than the B-and IVU diagnosis ,and compared between groups , P<0 .05 , the difference was statistically significant .The qualitative diagnosis coincidence rate compared be-tween the groups .the three-dimensional reconstruction of multislice spiral CT diagnosis coincidence rate was significantly higher than the B-ultrasound and the IVU diagnostic coincidence rate , and compared be-tween groups, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion In the process of clini-cal diagnosis of ureteral obstruction , compared with B-, the IVU and other technology , the clinical efficacy of three-dimensional reconstruction of multislice CT technology for diagnosis is significant , and it is a relia-ble choice for the clinical diagnosis of ureteral obstruction .
