对锆英砂湿法球磨加工中存在的问题进行了概述和分析,研究了湿法球磨中的球磨机转速、研磨时间、浆料浓度、填充率、球料比等工艺参数对硅酸锆的平均粒度的影响规律。研究结果表明,增加球磨机的转速,延长球磨时间,都会使研磨出的硅酸锆粒度变得更小,且硅酸锆平均粒度变化曲线都呈初期变化大,超过拐点后变化减缓的趋势。填充率和浆料浓度对硅酸锆平均粒度的影响类似,随着填充率或浆料浓度的不断增加,研磨出来的硅酸锆粒度越小,但总体上下降幅度不大,其变化幅度的差别主要来自于罐中水和空气的比例不同。球料比对硅酸锆的平均粒度影响显著,当球料比在2∶1到6∶1的范围内变化时,随着球料比增大,研磨出来的硅酸锆的平均粒度由6.55μm下降到1.82μm。
對鋯英砂濕法毬磨加工中存在的問題進行瞭概述和分析,研究瞭濕法毬磨中的毬磨機轉速、研磨時間、漿料濃度、填充率、毬料比等工藝參數對硅痠鋯的平均粒度的影響規律。研究結果錶明,增加毬磨機的轉速,延長毬磨時間,都會使研磨齣的硅痠鋯粒度變得更小,且硅痠鋯平均粒度變化麯線都呈初期變化大,超過枴點後變化減緩的趨勢。填充率和漿料濃度對硅痠鋯平均粒度的影響類似,隨著填充率或漿料濃度的不斷增加,研磨齣來的硅痠鋯粒度越小,但總體上下降幅度不大,其變化幅度的差彆主要來自于罐中水和空氣的比例不同。毬料比對硅痠鋯的平均粒度影響顯著,噹毬料比在2∶1到6∶1的範圍內變化時,隨著毬料比增大,研磨齣來的硅痠鋯的平均粒度由6.55μm下降到1.82μm。

The problems which existed during the wet ball milling process of zircon sand were summarized and analyzed, and the influences of wet milling process speed , grinding time, slurry concentration , filling rate, ball feed ratio on the average particle size of zirconium silicate were also studied .The results show that increasing the speed of the ball mill and extending the grinding time will lead the granularity of zirconium silicate which is in the polishing smaller .But the high speed and the long time will lead income into a declining trend when the granularity of zirconium silicate is in the thinning process .Fill rate and slurry concentration have a similar impact on the average particle size of zirconium silicate , with the increasing of fill rate or slurry concentration , the grinding-out of zirconium silicate particle size is smaller , but the overall decline is not great , the difference of rangeability mainly comes from the different pro-portion of water and air in the jar .The ball feed ratio has a significant impact on the average particle size of zirconium silicate.The ball feed ratio changes from 2∶1 to 6∶1 range, with the ball feed ratio becomes large , the grinding-out of the average zirconium silicate particle size becomes smaller .
