为提高食品科学与工程专业机械基础课程的教学质量,结合本专业特点和工程实际情况,从精选教材、合理规划理论教学内容、改革教学方法和手段,增加综合性实验教学内容和实践教学环节,改革考核方式等环节入手,对课程进行教学改革探索,有效提高专业人才的培养质量。

To improve the teaching quality of mechanical basic course of food science and engineering and the talent teaching quality effectively. Combining to professional features food science and engineering and the actual situation of the project, the reforms of teaching methods are explored, including selection of teaching material, planning the teaching content reasonably, reforms of teaching method and means and increasing the content and practice of comprehensive experiment teaching etc., in order to improve the cultivation quality of professional talents.
