为提高荷叶利用价值,采用响应面分析法优化荷叶黄酮提取的工艺条件,并以DPPH法和羟基自由基法对其黄酮提取物的抗氧化性进行研究。结果表明,以干燥的荷叶为样品,体积分数60%的乙醇溶液为提取剂,料液比为1∶85,80℃水浴回流提取为提取条件,得到黄酮提取量最高为4.01 mg/g。荷叶黄酮的抗氧化能力较强,且对DPPH自由基的清除率大于对羟基自由基的清除率。

In order to improve the added value of lotus leaves processing, the extraction process of flavones from lotus leaves is optimized by response surface methodology. Along with this, the antioxidant activity of the extract is evaluated by DPPH· and the ·OH scavenging assays. The optimal extraction parameters are determined as follows: the dry lotus leaf as the sample, extraction solvent 60% ethanol; material/liquid ratio 1∶85; reflux temperature 80 ℃. The extraction rate of flavones from lotus leaves is 4.01 mg/g under these optimal extraction conditions. The flavones extract of lotus leaves exhibits strong antioxidant activity. It exhibits stronger DPPH· scavenging capacity than the ·OH.
