选择DHK (丁香、厚朴、苦参)中草药复配液、 ZHK (紫丹参、厚朴、苦参)中草药复配液和HKM (厚朴、苦参、迷迭香)中草药复配液分别对冷却猪肉进行保鲜试验。结果表明,在冷却猪肉中的保鲜,3组中草药复配液均具有良好效果,其中HKM (厚朴、苦参、迷迭香)中草药复配液的保鲜效果为最佳。

선택DHK (정향、후박、고삼)중초약복배액、 ZHK (자단삼、후박、고삼)중초약복배액화HKM (후박、고삼、미질향)중초약복배액분별대냉각저육진행보선시험。결과표명,재냉각저육중적보선,3조중초약복배액균구유량호효과,기중HKM (후박、고삼、미질향)중초약복배액적보선효과위최가。
The preservation effect on chilled pork immersed in different compound liquide extracted from chinese herbal medicine, DHK (lilac, magnolia, sophora) , ZHK (purple salvia, thick park, sophora flavescens) , HKM (magnolia, sophora flavescens, rosemary), are studied. The results show that chilled pork immerses in compound liquide extracted from DHK, ZHK and HKM exhibite a obvious preservation effect, and HKM exhibites the best preservation effect.
