在牡丹花红色素理论基础上,进行牡丹花干燥前的护色处理,采用超声波雾化加湿处理方法,将护色液雾化处理均匀覆盖在牡丹花花瓣上,然后进行真空冷冻干燥,得出牡丹花的冻干曲线图,护色因素的筛选是采用多个单因素比较的方法,筛选比较合适的护色因素,再通过正交试验,得出较优组合为柠檬酸4%,氯化镁39%,魔芋胶0.05%, pH值2;其冷冻干燥条件为真空度10 Pa,干燥时间36 h,加热温度40℃以下。
在牡丹花紅色素理論基礎上,進行牡丹花榦燥前的護色處理,採用超聲波霧化加濕處理方法,將護色液霧化處理均勻覆蓋在牡丹花花瓣上,然後進行真空冷凍榦燥,得齣牡丹花的凍榦麯線圖,護色因素的篩選是採用多箇單因素比較的方法,篩選比較閤適的護色因素,再通過正交試驗,得齣較優組閤為檸檬痠4%,氯化鎂39%,魔芋膠0.05%, pH值2;其冷凍榦燥條件為真空度10 Pa,榦燥時間36 h,加熱溫度40℃以下。

Based on the theory of peony red pigment, color protection to peony before it is dried is done. The specific treatment method is ultrasonic atomization humidifycation. The color protecting liquid is atomized and covered in peony flower petals. Then the peony flower is dried with vacuum freezing and the freeze-drying curve is recorded. A plurality of the single factor comparison method is used to screen the appropriate color protection factor. Then by orthogonal experiment, the best combination and the optimum parameters of various factors are obtained as follows: citric acid 4%, magnesium chloride 39%, konjac gum 0.05%, pH value 2, and the freeze drying condition is vacuum 10 Pa, drying time 36 h, and temperature below 40℃.
