采用工业6#溶剂油作为米糠油的浸出溶剂,通过气相色谱法对米糠油中反亚油酸进行定量分析。选择机筒温度、物料含水率、螺杆转速和模头孔径4个因素分别进行单因素试验,研究挤压工艺参数对米糠油中反亚油酸的影响,在单因素研究基础上通过正交试验,优化出最佳工艺参数,研究结果表明,不同挤压条件对油脂中反亚油酸形成有不同影响。在机筒温度120℃,物料含水率19%,螺杆转速160 r/min,模头孔径12 mm的条件下,可以将油脂中反亚油酸含量有效控制在0.037%左右。

In this study, No.6 industrial solvent oil is used as extraction solvent for rice oil. Linolelaidic acid in rice oil is quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography. The barrel temperature, water ratio of material, screw speed and die aperture are utilized as impact factors in the single factor experiment. The effect of parameters in the extrusion process on the linolelaidic acid in rice oil is analyzed. The optimum parameters based on the single factor experiment are obtained by orthogonal experiments. The results show that different extrusion conditions have a great impact on the formation of linolelaidic acid. The content of linolelaidic acid in the oil is effectively controlled at about 0.037%under the condition of barrel temperature 120℃, the material moisture 19%, screw speed 160 r/min, and die aperture 12 mm.
