本研究建立了动物尿液中9种β-受体激动剂(苯乙醇胺A、沙丁胺醇、特布他林、莱克多巴胺、克伦特罗、溴布特罗、马布特罗、西布特罗、喷布特罗)的液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC- MS/MS)。样品经醋酸铵为提取溶剂,固相萃取柱净化,用UPLC- MS/MS检测和确证,内标法定量。质谱分析采用电喷雾电离、正离子扫描、多反应监测模式。试验结果表明,9种兴奋剂在0.5~100μg/L范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数在0.995~0.999,检测限为0.1μg/L,定量限为0.2μg/L,9种兴奋剂的方法平均回收率为60.63%~94.12%,相对标准偏差在1.26%~14.74%。试验结果表明,该方法提取效果好,具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和重复性,能满足动物尿液中兴奋剂等兽药残留分析要求。

A method of ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spec-trometry (UPLC-MS/MS)for simultaneous determination of nine β-receptor agonists, such as phenylethanolamineA,salbutamol,terbutaline,ractopamine,clenbuterol,bromb-uterol,mabuterol,cimbut-erol and penbutolol in animal urine was developed.The β-re-ceptor agonists was extracted with ammonium acetate,then cleaned up with a mcx sol-id-phase extraction(SPE)column.The eluate was evaporate to driness with nitrogen. The limits of detection were 0.1 μg/L for all β-receptor agonists and the limits of quantification were 0.2 μg/L,the average recoveryies were 60.63%~94.12%.The rel-ative standard deviations were 1.26%~14.74%,the real sample tests showed this meth-od can be used for the sensitive and accurate determination of multi-β-receptor ag-onists residues in animal urine.
