为研究汽车在颠簸状态下,非线性震动对液压悬置中的动刚度、滞后角等动态特性的影响,针对某汽车发动机液压悬置,建立了震动有限元耦合模型,并通过实验数据验证了有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上,仿真研究了不同强度的震动信号下对液压悬置的动态特性,发现了震动信号特征变化对动刚度峰值及峰值频率、滞后角峰值及峰值频率的影响规律,具有一定的工程指导意义。
為研究汽車在顛簸狀態下,非線性震動對液壓懸置中的動剛度、滯後角等動態特性的影響,針對某汽車髮動機液壓懸置,建立瞭震動有限元耦閤模型,併通過實驗數據驗證瞭有限元模型的正確性。在此基礎上,倣真研究瞭不同彊度的震動信號下對液壓懸置的動態特性,髮現瞭震動信號特徵變化對動剛度峰值及峰值頻率、滯後角峰值及峰值頻率的影響規律,具有一定的工程指導意義。

To discuss the effect of inertia track length on hydraulic mount’s dynamic characteristic such as dynamic stiffness and loss angle, the fluid-structure coupled finite elements model (FEM) based on a hydraulic mount of some type vehicle was built. FEM was verified by comparing the simulation results with experiment results. The results showed the relationship between inertia track length and dynamic characteristic such as dynamic stiffness peak value, peak fre-quency, lag angle peak value and peak frequency was found, and it can be used to guide the engineering design.
