以野生薄荷叶为原料,采用超声波辅助、水蒸气蒸馏提取的方法,对薄荷挥发油的提取工艺进行单因素试验和正交优化试验。以蒸馏时间、超声波功率、超声波处理时间为提取影响因素,挥发油得率为指标的正交试验结果表明,在蒸馏时间为135 min,超声波功率为300 W,超声波处理时间为10 min条件下,薄荷挥发油的得率最高,为3.42%。

Orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize Extraction process of volatile oil from wild Mentha haplocalyx Briq leaves by ultrasonic-assisted steam-distillation method. Results indicates that distillation time, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time are main factors which have effective influence on extraction yield of volatile oil. Result of orthogonal experiment of which indicator is yield of volatile oil shows that the best extraction yield 3.42% is obtained under the condition that distillation time 135 min, ultrasonic power 300 W, ultrasonic time 10 min.
