从目前国家建筑节能的形势出发,简单介绍了北方采暖地区既有住宅供热计量及节能改造的必要性。以济南市某既有住宅为例,首先提出供热计量及节能改造设计方案,计算改造成本,借助DeST-h软件模拟了改造前后的能耗,进而提出供热计量及节能改造后,可以在计量收费的基础上,通过节省的热费回收改造成本,并进行了经济性分析。

Takes an ex-isting residential building in China’s northern heating region Jinan as an example, first put forward the heat metering and energy saving renovation design, calculate the cost of retrofits, with the aid of DeST-h software simulate the energy con-sumption of before and after the reform, And then put forward after the heat metering and energy efficiency retrofits,can be in the based on metering charge, through the saving of the charge recovery retrofits cost, and conducted economical analysis.
