为了进一步研究随机激光中谐振腔的物理特性,首先从随机激光腔物理角度分析了其具有的相干光与非相干光激发强度,然后建立了本文涉及谐振腔物理模型d2Pdt2+吟棕1 dPdt +棕21 P=资吟NEZ。其采用时域有限差分法得出吟x=吟y=10 nm时,其时间步长为吟t=吟x/(2c)抑1.67×1017 s,最后进行谐振腔的仿真特性分析得出:涉及GaAs随机激光器,在输入-输出曲线中出现两个斜坡,在第二个阈值处显现出高度的不稳定性,并且不稳定性并没有随着泵浦能量的进一步增加而消失。这一研究结果对于进一步了解随机激光的物理特性具有一定的意义。
