Culture industry has become one of the most important industries of China. To develop culture industry is of great significance for Haiyang city to preempt industry commanding heights and enhance economic strength. Combined with the culture industry characteristics of Haiyang, this article analyzes the industry informationization development situation and suggests to promote the culture industry informatization with media promotion, activity promotion and education training promotion.
