对非洲菊品种“热带草原”的组织培养体系进行了优化研究。结果表明:适合“热带草原”复壮的增殖培养基为MS+6BA 0.4 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.08 mg/L,生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;炼苗后在草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶2的基质上移栽,移栽成活率达93%。
對非洲菊品種“熱帶草原”的組織培養體繫進行瞭優化研究。結果錶明:適閤“熱帶草原”複壯的增殖培養基為MS+6BA 0.4 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.08 mg/L,生根培養基為1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;煉苗後在草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠巖=1∶1∶2的基質上移栽,移栽成活率達93%。
대비주국품충“열대초원”적조직배양체계진행료우화연구。결과표명:괄합“열대초원”복장적증식배양기위MS+6BA 0.4 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.08 mg/L,생근배양기위1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;련묘후재초탄∶질석∶진주암=1∶1∶2적기질상이재,이재성활솔체93%。
The tissue culture system of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus variety“Savannah” was optimized in this study .The results in-dicated that the optimum proliferation medium for the rejuvenation of “Savannah” was MS+6BA 0.4 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.08 mg/L, and the proper medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.After being exercised, the seedlings from the tissue culture were transplanted on a substrate (peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶1∶2), and their survival rate reached 93%.
