目前用人单位在录用自动化专业毕业生的时候，要求其不但有扎实的理论知识，还应该要有较强的实践能力。应用型本科院校自动化专业的大多数课程都具有较强的实践性，学生需进行大量的实践活动，以培养学生的动手和创新能力。而学生实践能力的培养多数体现在实践教学环节中。因此要注重实践教学环节的研究，以期能够提高学生的实践能力。
