目的：探讨超敏C反应蛋白联合血常规检测的临床应用意义。方法：选取2013年1月至2013年5月间我院同时检测超敏C反应蛋白与血常规的患者500例作为研究对象，并将血常规、超敏C反应蛋白与患者目前病情联合分析。结果：细菌感染性组患者的中性粒细胞百分比及超敏C反应蛋白水平较非细菌感染性组患者明显升高，差异显著（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：血常规联合超敏C反应蛋白的检测对细菌感染性患者的临床诊治有重要的指导意义，值得在临床上推广应用。

목적：탐토초민C반응단백연합혈상규검측적림상응용의의。방법：선취2013년1월지2013년5월간아원동시검측초민C반응단백여혈상규적환자500례작위연구대상，병장혈상규、초민C반응단백여환자목전병정연합분석。결과：세균감염성조환자적중성립세포백분비급초민C반응단백수평교비세균감염성조환자명현승고，차이현저（P<0.05），구유통계학의의。결론：혈상규연합초민C반응단백적검측대세균감염성환자적림상진치유중요적지도의의，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective:To study the clinical application of Hs-CRP combined with blood routine test. Methods:from 2013 January to 2013 May between the simultaneous detection of Hs-CRP and routine blood test of 500 patients as the research object in our hospital,combined analysis of the disease with the routine blood test,Hs-CRP and the current condition of patients. Results: the infection of patients with the percentage of neutrophils and Hs-CRP level was not infected group were significantly increased, significant difference (P<0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion: the detection of routine blood test and Hs-CRP has an important guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bacterial infection patients,is worth popularizing.
