基于外来务工人员收入水平较低、受教育水平普遍不高等特征，从个体本身和社会环境两个方面构建了影响其彩票消费行为的影响因素体系，并运用DEMATEL模型分析了各因素间的交互作用关系，得出原因因素与结果因素。主要结论为：影响外来务工人员彩票消费行为的关键性因素是阶层特征、彩票价格、娱乐方式和投机心理，最后提出了引导外来务工人员理性消费的政策性建议。

Based on migrant workers' comparatively lower income and poorer education, the system of the factors which affect their behavior of lottery consumption is built from both individual and social aspects. DEMATEL model is applied to analyze interactions among these factors, where causal factors and resulted factors are found out. It is concluded that the key factors affecting migrant workers' behavior on lottery consumption are hierarchical characteristics, the price of lottery, entertainment and psychological speculation, according to which, constructive advice is given to promote rational consumer behavior.
