借助于建设面向东盟的大通道战略和地理位置毗邻优势，云南省与东盟国家开展了一系列的科技合作与交流项目，但从已有数据分析，合作与交流的效果并不理想。文章基于影响科技合作与交流的因素的问卷调查结果，利用spss16.0软件采用因子分析法对这些影响因素进行归纳，找出权重大的影响因素，为云南省高校与东盟今后顺利开展合作与交流项目提供指导性建议。

With the construction of a major thoroughfare strategy for the ASEAN and the location adjacent to the strategic advantages between Yunnan and ASEAN, these countries launched a series of scientific and technological cooperation and exchange programs. From analysis of existing data, the results are unsatisfactory. This article based on the impact of scientific and technological cooperation and the results of a survey's exchanged factors as well as uses factor analysis to summarize these factors and find the principle factors by using the spss16.0 software. In order to provide guidance for future success cooperation and exchange projects between Yunnan's universities and ASEAN.
