用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析氯化聚乙烯的结构,考察制样方法及样品膜厚度对测试结果的影响。结果表明:用热压膜制样方法所得试样的红外谱图清晰、准确,信息全面;样品膜厚对测试结果会产生影响,厚度为0.015~0.05 mm时,所得红外谱图清晰,一致性好。
用傅裏葉變換紅外光譜儀分析氯化聚乙烯的結構,攷察製樣方法及樣品膜厚度對測試結果的影響。結果錶明:用熱壓膜製樣方法所得試樣的紅外譜圖清晰、準確,信息全麵;樣品膜厚對測試結果會產生影響,厚度為0.015~0.05 mm時,所得紅外譜圖清晰,一緻性好。

The structure of chloroinated polyethylene was analyzed by using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer ,and effects of sample preparation methods and sample thickness on determi-nation results were investigated .The results showed that the infrared spectra of samples obtained by hot press were clear ,accurate and informative ;the thickness of sample could influence the determi-nation results ,and infrared spectra with high definition and good consistency could be obtained when the thickness was between 0 .015 and 0 .05 mm .
