采用氰化浸出工艺从预处理后的难处理金精矿中提取金、银。最佳氰化浸出条件为:液固比4∶1,保护碱Na2 CO3调节pH值9.5~10.5,氰化钠质量分数0.4%,氰化浸出96 h。在此条件下,金、银浸出率分别达到96.53%、75.37%。同时,探索了复合保护碱对金、银浸出率的影响,使用复合保护碱m(Na2CO3)∶m(NaOH)=3∶1,金、银的浸出率分别达97.36%、75.59%,比采用单一保护碱Na2 CO3时分别提高0.83%和0.22%。

Gold and silver were extracted from the pretreated refractory gold concentrate by cyanide process .Un-der the optimum cyanidate conditions which are the concentration of sodium cyanide of 4%,the liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1,and the adjusted pH with Na 2 CO3 of 9.5-10.5 and the leaching time of 96 h,leaching rate of gold and silver re-spectively reaches 96.53%and 75.37%.The effect of complex protective alkali on the leaching rate of gold and sil-ver was investigated.The influence of complex protection with alkali m(Na2CO3)∶m(NaOH) =3∶1 on the leaching rate is explored.The results show that leaching rate of gold and silver respectively were 97.36 % and 75.59 %, which is 0.83 %and 0.22 %higher than using Na 2 CO3 as single protective alkali .
