随着乌山铜钼矿的扩建工程正式达产及选矿厂钼矿回收率的提高，采场将需要同时供应满足选矿厂铜、钼入选品位的矿石，出矿点经常是6处甚至更多。常规的人工配矿方法经常出现不能同时满足2个选矿厂铜、钼入选品位的情况，配矿工作是乌山铜钼矿生产的一大难点。介绍了基于SURPAC软件在乌山铜钼矿采场应用中开发出的一种智能配矿软件，实现了智能配矿，提高了供矿质量，彻底解决了供配矿工作的技术难题。

With the expansion of the project reached the design capacity of mine formally and the improved recov-ery of molybdenum ores in the processing plant , the grounding of open-pit will at the same time have to supply copper and molybdenum ores of qualified grades , and there are usually six points of ore production or more .Usually conven-tional manual ore-blending method can't supply sufficient copper and molybdenum at one time , making ore-blending a problem to Wushan mine .This paper introduced an intelligent ore-blending software developed based on SURPAC software applications to ground of Wushan mine open-pits, which realized the intelligent ore-blending, improved the quality of ores supplied for processing plant , and completely solved the technical problem for ore matching work .
