Shenyankangfu Tablet%Benazepril%Rat%Diabetic nephropathy%Experimental study
目的:探讨肾炎康复片联合贝那普利对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏功能和病理改变的影响。方法:SD大鼠40只,设置对照组、模型组、贝那普利治疗组、肾炎康复片治疗组、肾炎康复片和洛丁新联合治疗组,模型组及各治疗组采用STZ腹腔注射诱导大鼠糖尿病模型,成模后对照组及模型组用生理盐水灌胃,治疗组分别以肾炎康复片和洛丁新灌胃,8周后取材,检测各组大鼠空腹血糖、肾脏重量、体质量,计算肾指数;检测血肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿量、微量白蛋白;石蜡包埋切片HE染色,观察其病理学改变。结果:各治疗组比模型组血糖、肾指数、肾功能及病理改变均有所改善,联合治疗组改善更为显著(24 h尿量P<0.05,其他P<0.01)。结论:肾炎康复片联合贝那普利对实验性糖尿病肾病大鼠能降低血糖,减轻肾脏损害,改善肾功能。
目的:探討腎炎康複片聯閤貝那普利對實驗性糖尿病大鼠腎髒功能和病理改變的影響。方法:SD大鼠40隻,設置對照組、模型組、貝那普利治療組、腎炎康複片治療組、腎炎康複片和洛丁新聯閤治療組,模型組及各治療組採用STZ腹腔註射誘導大鼠糖尿病模型,成模後對照組及模型組用生理鹽水灌胃,治療組分彆以腎炎康複片和洛丁新灌胃,8週後取材,檢測各組大鼠空腹血糖、腎髒重量、體質量,計算腎指數;檢測血肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿量、微量白蛋白;石蠟包埋切片HE染色,觀察其病理學改變。結果:各治療組比模型組血糖、腎指數、腎功能及病理改變均有所改善,聯閤治療組改善更為顯著(24 h尿量P<0.05,其他P<0.01)。結論:腎炎康複片聯閤貝那普利對實驗性糖尿病腎病大鼠能降低血糖,減輕腎髒損害,改善腎功能。
목적:탐토신염강복편연합패나보리대실험성당뇨병대서신장공능화병리개변적영향。방법:SD대서40지,설치대조조、모형조、패나보리치료조、신염강복편치료조、신염강복편화락정신연합치료조,모형조급각치료조채용STZ복강주사유도대서당뇨병모형,성모후대조조급모형조용생리염수관위,치료조분별이신염강복편화락정신관위,8주후취재,검측각조대서공복혈당、신장중량、체질량,계산신지수;검측혈기항、혈뇨소담、24 h뇨량、미량백단백;석사포매절편HE염색,관찰기병이학개변。결과:각치료조비모형조혈당、신지수、신공능급병리개변균유소개선,연합치료조개선경위현저(24 h뇨량P<0.05,기타P<0.01)。결론:신염강복편연합패나보리대실험성당뇨병신병대서능강저혈당,감경신장손해,개선신공능。
Objective: To study the effect on the changes of renal function and pathology in experimental diabetic rats by Shenyankangfu Tablet combined with Benazepril. Method: 40 SD rats were divided into control group, model group, Shenyankangfu Tablets treatment group, Benazepril treatment group and Shenyankangfu Tablet combined with Benazepril treat-ment group. Diabetic rats model rats in model group and treatment groups were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. The control group and model group were perfused with saline, while the treatment groups were perfused with Shenyankangfu Tablet and Benazepril. After 8 weeks of administration, the level of fasting blood glucose, kidney weight, body weight and re-nal function indices and pathological changes were observed. Results: Compared with in model group, kidney index, renal function and pathological changes in each treatment groups were improved, and the combined treatment group improved more significantly. Conclusion: Shenyankangfu Tablets combined with Benazepril can reduce blood glucose, alleviate the damage of kidney, improve renal function in treatment of experimental diabtic nephropathy rats.
