人类对和谐的理解及践行可归为三个阶段,即农业文明中朴素的自然和谐、工业文明中忽视和谐、生态文明中回归并超越和谐。在生态文明视域中,教育要想实现和谐发展,必须要走“经济+自然+社会+人”综合和谐之路,营造“三维一体”的教育生态氛围,实现学校教育、家庭教育及社会教育和谐共生;建立学习型生态环境,实现学校教育内部的和谐发展;构建师生一体化的人际生态,实现教师和学生的和谐发展。

인류대화해적리해급천행가귀위삼개계단,즉농업문명중박소적자연화해、공업문명중홀시화해、생태문명중회귀병초월화해。재생태문명시역중,교육요상실현화해발전,필수요주“경제+자연+사회+인”종합화해지로,영조“삼유일체”적교육생태분위,실현학교교육、가정교육급사회교육화해공생;건립학습형생태배경,실현학교교육내부적화해발전;구건사생일체화적인제생태,실현교사화학생적화해발전。
The understanding and practice of human beings towards harmony can be divided into three stages. In the era of agricultural economy, simple harmony between human beings and nature is preferred while it is neglected in industry economy era. Now, in the era of knowledge economy, there is a return and surpass of simple harmony of agricultural era. The harmonious idea of knowledge economy's era has become the inevitable choice of the development of national regions, especially in the national regional development of Education. Therefore, the education in ethnic minority areas should adhere to the philosophy and the path of harmonious development in order to realize harmony between educational development in schools and in society as well as among self-development of schools, teachers and students. It must be realized leap-forward development of education in ethnic areas the only way which must be passed.
