我国高等教育人才供需矛盾不仅仅简单的表现为供过于求，更表现为人才高消费与人才短缺并存、高校专业人才培养与市场需求不符、大学生教育择业选择与市场需求不符等结构性供需矛盾。高等教育就业市场上用人单位、高校、大学生的信息不完全是导致高等教育人才供需矛盾和市场调节失灵的重要因素。为解决此问题，履行公共职责的部门包括政府和教育机构要加强作为公共产品的就业市场信息供给。

The contradiction between supply and demand of higher education talent in our country is not only simply characterized by pile up in excess of requirement, but also has the performance which talent high consumption and talent shortage coexist, college professional training does not match market demand and college student's education and career choice does not match market demand and other structural contradiction between supply and demand. Incomplete information of employers, colleges and universities and college students in higher education employment market is an important factor leading to the contradiction between supply and demand of higher education talent and market regulation failure. In order to solve this problem, the sectors which perform public duties including government and educational institutions should strengthen the employment market information supply as public goods.
