采用HPLC和UPLC-MS检测了暴马丁香树皮、枝条及叶片样品，在各部分样品中鉴定出桦木酸，并测定了桦木酸的质量分数。枝条中桦木酸质量分数最高，为（1．14±0．03）mg/g；树皮中次之，为（0．34±0．03）mg/g；叶片中桦木酸质量分数低于高效液相色谱方法的最低检出极限。

An experiment was conducted to identify and determine the betulinic acid by high pressure liquid chromatography ( HPLC) and ultra pressure liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-MS) in the bark, twigs and leaves of Syringa amurensis.The content of betulinic acid is highest in the twigs (1.14±0.03 mg/g), followed by in the bark (0. 34±0.03 mg/g).The lowest is in leaves, lower than the detection limit.
