对鸡树条荚蒾在哈尔滨不同生境类型的适应能力进行研究,为选择哈尔滨骨干树种提供科学依据。以2年生盆栽苗为供试材料,选择3种不同大气污染浓度的绿地生境,栽培60 d后,测定其光合生理、电导率及比叶重。研究结果表明,净光合速率、蒸腾速率与气孔导度均在生境1最大,生境3最小,水分利用效率在生境3中最大,生境1中最小;叶绿素a、b质量分数以及总质量分数均为生境1最大,生境3最小,叶绿素a/b为生境3中最大,生境1最小;叶片电导率为生境3中最大,生境1最小;比叶重为生境1最大,生境3最小。这说明不同环境鸡树条荚蒾的光合生理、电导率及比叶重即生长质量有差异。

An experiment was conducted to explore the ability of Viburnum sargenti to adapt to different habitats in Harbin and provide scientific basis for the selection of characteristic trees and shrubs in Harbin.Two-year-old potted plants of Vibur-num sargenti were placed in three urban green space habitats after 60-day cultivation and the photosynthesis , conductivity and specific leaf weight were measured.The results show that, Pn , Tr and Gs are maximum in the first habitat, and mini-mum in the third habitat.WUE is the maximum in the third habitat, and the minimum in the first habitat.The contents of the chlorophyll a, b, and (a+b) are maximum in the first habitat, and minimum in the third habitat.The content of chlo-rophyll a/bis the maximum in the third habitat, and minimum in the first habitat.The conductivity is maximum in the third habitat, and minimum in the first habitat.The specific leaf weight in the first habitat is maximum, and minimum in the third habitat.Therefore, the photosynthesis, conductivity and specific leaf weight, growth quality of Viburnum sargenti are different at different habitats.
