通过分析四川省唐家河自然保护区内不同海拔( A1:1723 m,A2:1819 m,A3:1876 m,A4:1943 m)梯度小报春的形态指标和生理指标含量的变化,探讨了小报春对不同海拔梯度的生长响应。研究发现:叶面积、鲜质量、干质量、比叶重、叶长、叶宽、叶片数均在A2处最高,A4处最低;叶绿素和类胡萝卜素质量分数为 A2>A1>A3>A4;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、可溶性糖质量分数、丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度和游离脯氨酸(Pro)质量分数均表现先降后升的趋势,在A4处最高,A2处最低。可溶性蛋白质量分数则呈现为随海拔升高而升高。从其生长指标和生理指标来看,A2处最适合唐家河小报春的生长,A4处对小报春生长最不利。

A study was conducted to explore Primula forbesigrowth responses to different altitudinal gradients by analyzing the morphological characteristics and physiological indices of the Primula forbesi at different altitudinal gradient ( A1 :1 723 m, A2:1 819 m, A3:1 876 m, A4:1 943 m) in Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve located in Sichuan Province.The mor-phological parameters, the leaf area, fresh weight, dry weight, specific leaf weight, leaf length, leaf width and leaf num-ber are highest at A2, but lowest at A4.The contents of the chlorophyll and the carotenoid are ranked as A2>A1>A3>A4. The SOD activity, the content of soluble sugar, MDA and Pro tend to decrease at first and then increase.All are the least at A2, but most at A4.The content of soluble protein increases with the altitudes.In terms of the growth of P.forbesi, A2 is the most suitable altitude, whereas, A4 is the most unfavorable altitude.
