为了研究低N胁迫对楸树生长的影响,并对其耐低N胁迫机理进行初步研究,以10个新选楸树杂种无性系为试材,设置了正常供N水平(对照)和低N胁迫两种N水平处理。结果表明,与正常供N水平相比,低N胁迫使无性系苗高、地径和叶片含N量均显著降低,无性系平均值分别为68.8 cm、9.62 mm和0.0128 g· g-1,但无性系间变异却明显增大。不同的生理性状对低N胁迫的响应不同,叶绿素含量、净光合速率、光能转化效率( Fv/Fm )在胁迫下显著降低,而与N素吸收和转化相关的叶片硝酸还原酶活力( RN )和根系活力却表现出升高或降低的相反变化趋势。对部分生理性状和与苗高进行相关性分析发现,RN 活力与苗高呈显著的负相关关系,可作为优良无性系早期选择的依据之一。

We chose ten Catalpa bungei clones and set them into two nitrogen treatments , regular nitrogen treatment and low ni-trogen treatment.We studied the growth infection of Catalpa bungei from low nitrogen stress and the function mechanism of low nitrogen resistance.Compared with the clones under regular nitrogen treatment, the seeding height, basal diameter and leaf N content of the clones under low nitrogen treatment are significantly decreased with the values of 68.8 cm, 9.62 cm and 0.012 8, respectively.The variance between clones is significantly increased.The response of different physiology character to low nitrogen stress is distinctive.Chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and efficiency of light energy conversion (Fv/Fm) are significantly reduced under low nitrogen stress, while the leaf nitrate reductase activity (RN) and root vitality correlating with the nitrogen absorb and conversion exhibits the opposite variation trend by elevate or lessen.By correlation analysis of partial physiology character and seeding height, the significantly negative correlation between RN ac-tivity and seedling height can be as one indictor for early excellent clones selection.
