收集了栓皮栎主要分布区5个种源的种子,分别测定了种子形态和营养成分含量指标,并分析了这些指标与产地环境因素的相关性。结果表明:栓皮栎种子长、种子宽、长宽比、百粒种子质量、淀粉质量分数、蛋白质质量分数、粗脂肪质量分数和可溶性糖质量分数,在种源间均存在显著差异;种子各形态性状中变异系数在9%~12%,营养成分含量的变异系数在4%~24%,且都是种源间变异程度大于种源内部;种子百粒种子质量与产地纬度呈显著正相关,种子长宽比与海拔呈显著正相关;种子蛋白质质量分数与年平均气温呈极显著负相关,与年平均日照呈显著正相关,种子可溶性糖质量分数与年平均降水量呈显著负相关;其他性状与环境因素相关性均不显著。
收集瞭栓皮櫟主要分佈區5箇種源的種子,分彆測定瞭種子形態和營養成分含量指標,併分析瞭這些指標與產地環境因素的相關性。結果錶明:栓皮櫟種子長、種子寬、長寬比、百粒種子質量、澱粉質量分數、蛋白質質量分數、粗脂肪質量分數和可溶性糖質量分數,在種源間均存在顯著差異;種子各形態性狀中變異繫數在9%~12%,營養成分含量的變異繫數在4%~24%,且都是種源間變異程度大于種源內部;種子百粒種子質量與產地緯度呈顯著正相關,種子長寬比與海拔呈顯著正相關;種子蛋白質質量分數與年平均氣溫呈極顯著負相關,與年平均日照呈顯著正相關,種子可溶性糖質量分數與年平均降水量呈顯著負相關;其他性狀與環境因素相關性均不顯著。

We collected five provenance seeds from main distribution regions of Quercus variabilis to determine the seed charac-ters and the nutrient content, respectively.We took the correlation analysis of those traits with environmental factors. There are significant differences in seed length, seed diameter, seed weight, starch, protein, crude fat and soluble sugar content of seed among provenances .The coefficients of variation are 9%-12%in seed characters and 4%-24%in nutri-ent content , respectively , mainly within the provenances .The seed weight has significant positive correlation with the lati-tude and the length-diameter ratio of seed has significant positive correlation with elevation .Protein content has significant negative correlation with annual average temperature , but significant positive correlation with annual average sunshine .Sol-uble sugar content has significant negative correlation with annual average precipitation .Other traits have no significant correlation with the environmental factors.
