为探讨饲料中添加蝇蛆对肉鸡生长性能、血液生化指标和免疫力的影响,在肉鸡饲料中添加不同水平(2.5%、5.0%、7.5%)蝇蛆粉,观察各组肉鸡体重、血清中钙离子、总蛋白、总胆固醇等生化指标和胸腺、脾和法氏囊等免疫器官指数的变化,并对热应激后各组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性进行测定。结果显示:饲料中添加蝇蛆粉能提高肉鸡生长性能,对血清中钙离子、总蛋白浓度、总胆固醇浓度无显著影响(P>0.05);能显著提高法氏囊指数和脾脏指数(P<0.05);急性热应激后,蝇蛆粉添加组肉鸡ALT、AST活性均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明蝇蛆作为天然优质蛋白添加到饲料中,不仅对肉鸡血钙等生化指标无显著影响,还可提高生长性能和免疫力。

The effects of maggots on growth performance,blood biochemical index and immunity of broilers were studied.After different concentrations of maggot powder (2.5%,5.0%,7.5%) were supplemented in feed of broiler,we ob-served the broiler body weight,serum biochemical parameters (including serum calcium,total protein and total choles-terol),immune organ index (including bursal index,spleen index and thymus index),and the changes of serum ALT,AST level after acute heat stress.The results showed that:the supplementation of maggots in broiler feed could improve the growth performance;calcium,total protein concentration,total cholesterol concentration in serum of broilers had no signifi-cant differences(P > 0.05);Spleen index and bursal index significantly increased (P < 0.05).After acute heat stress,the serum ALT,AST level from broilers bred by maggots powder were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.05).These results suggest that the maggot added to feed as a natural high quality protein,not only had no effect on broil-er blood biochemical index,but also could improve the growth performance and immunity.
