血管老化伴随着血管结构和功能的改变及相关内皮细胞的损害,是心血管疾病发生发展的独立危险因素。其主要特点为血管依赖性内皮舒张功能受损,而介导内皮依赖性舒张反应的物质主要是一氧化氮(nitric oxide, NO)。NO 是一种强烈的舒血管因子,对于调节血管收缩和血流状态有重要作用。NO 与血管老化联系密切,本文对最近几年 NO 与血管老化相关研究进行了综述。

Vascular aging is always accompanied by alterations in vascular structure and func-tion and damage of endothelial cells.Vascular aging is an independent risk factor for the develop-ment of cardiovascular disease,which is characterized by the impairment of endothelium-depend-ent relaxation.Nitric oxide (NO)is a strong vasodilator factor mediating the endothelium-depend-ent relaxation.NO plays an important role in the regulation vascular contraction and blood flow state and is closely related to the vascular aging.This review summarizes the relationship between nitric oxide and vascular aging in recent years.
