目的：探讨实验室常用菌种的保存方法和安全管理措施。方法根据细菌的特性及营养要求，选择适宜的培养基和培养方法。经生物学鉴定合格的菌种，根据需要选择适当的方法保存，并指定专人负责安全管理菌种。结果不同的方法保存菌种，保存时间不一样，以冷冻真空干燥保存法的保存期最长，而且最安全。结论实验室可根据实际需要选择最佳的保存法，指定专人保管菌种并制定安全管理制度，保证菌种质量和安全。

Objective To probe into the methods for preserving and administrating the usual bacteria in the laboratory. Methods According to the bacterial character and their nutritional requirements, appropriate media and culture methods were chosen to culture the bacteria. When the bacteria strains were identiifed to be qualiifed by biological methods, they are then preserved in proper ways and administered by a designated person. Results Different ways have various storage time, among them, the storage time of lyophilization is the longest. Conclu-sion The laboratory should choose the optimum methods to preserve the bacteria strains and designate a qualiifed person for administering them to ensure the bacterial quality and safety.
