以焦核龙眼品种白核、闽焦64—1、闽焦64—2和大核品种九月鸟为试材,研究了龙眼种子早期发育过程中内源激素含量的变化。结果表明,龙眼种子发育前期大量的GA,被合成与积累,GA3含量随着种子发育逐渐下降。九月乌的IAA含量在花后40d达到最高,且高于3个焦核龙眼品种。九月乌(IAA+GA3)/ABA比值在花后30—40d基本不变,而3个焦核品种呈现出急剧下降的趋势,花后40—60d九月乌的(IAA4-GA3)/ABA比值先降低后上升,而3个焦核品种均在上升。由此可推测焦核龙眼落果主要受到IAA和ABA的影响,焦核龙眼早期果实发育IAA含量升高将减少焦核果的落果,有利于焦核率的提升。
以焦覈龍眼品種白覈、閩焦64—1、閩焦64—2和大覈品種九月鳥為試材,研究瞭龍眼種子早期髮育過程中內源激素含量的變化。結果錶明,龍眼種子髮育前期大量的GA,被閤成與積纍,GA3含量隨著種子髮育逐漸下降。九月烏的IAA含量在花後40d達到最高,且高于3箇焦覈龍眼品種。九月烏(IAA+GA3)/ABA比值在花後30—40d基本不變,而3箇焦覈品種呈現齣急劇下降的趨勢,花後40—60d九月烏的(IAA4-GA3)/ABA比值先降低後上升,而3箇焦覈品種均在上升。由此可推測焦覈龍眼落果主要受到IAA和ABA的影響,焦覈龍眼早期果實髮育IAA含量升高將減少焦覈果的落果,有利于焦覈率的提升。
이초핵용안품충백핵、민초64—1、민초64—2화대핵품충구월조위시재,연구료용안충자조기발육과정중내원격소함량적변화。결과표명,용안충자발육전기대량적GA,피합성여적루,GA3함량수착충자발육축점하강。구월오적IAA함량재화후40d체도최고,차고우3개초핵용안품충。구월오(IAA+GA3)/ABA비치재화후30—40d기본불변,이3개초핵품충정현출급극하강적추세,화후40—60d구월오적(IAA4-GA3)/ABA비치선강저후상승,이3개초핵품충균재상승。유차가추측초핵용안낙과주요수도IAA화ABA적영향,초핵용안조기과실발육IAA함량승고장감소초핵과적낙과,유리우초핵솔적제승。
The content changes of endogenous phytohormones in Longan seeds during the early development were studied by using ' Baihe' , ' Minjiao 64 - 1 ' , ' Minjiao 64 - 2' and ' Jiuyuewu' as test materials. The results showed that a large number of GA3 was synthetized in the early stage, then the content gradually reduced with the development. 40 days after full bloom, IAA content of 'Ji- uyuewu' increased to the highest level, the content was higher than that in 1' and ' Minjiao 64 - 2'. The ratio ( IAA + GA3 ) /ABA of ' Jiuyuewu' c ' Baihe' , ' Minjiao 64 hanged little during 30 40 days after full bloom, while the ratio of three abortive - seeded cultivars declined obviously. 40 - 60 days after full bloom, the ratio ( IAA + GA3 ) /ABA of ' Jiuyuewu' declined first then rose, while the ratio of three abortive - seeded cuhivars rose continuously. According to the results, it seemed that fruit - dropping of abortive - seeded Longan cultivars was influenced by IAA and ABA, high IAA level in early stage of fruit development would reduce the fruit - dropping of abortive - see- ded Longan, and increase the ratios of abortive - seeded.
