在医疗保健领域,经常需要对病患和亚健康群体的生命体征进行监测。由于医院检测设备的固定性和独立性,传统的监测通常采用定时或紧急呼叫的方式进行,检查的结果具有离散性和滞后性,这常常威胁到人的生命或耽误最佳治疗时期。针对实际情况,研究采用无线传感网络技术、动态监测技术和移动Agent技术设计了一种基于体域网的医疗监测系统,初步实现了对血压和体温的监测,为进一步完善全面监测提供了基础。

In the field of medical care,the vital signs of the patients and sub-health population often need to be monitored. Because the equipments of hospitals are fixed and independent,the timing or emergency call mode is usually usesd in the tradi-tional monitoring. Therefore,the results of the inspection are discrete and hysteretic,which often pose a threat to human life or delay the best treatment period. In this case,a medical monitoring system based on body area network is designed,in which the wireless sensor network(WSN)technology,dynamic monitoring technology and mobile Agent technology are adopted. It realized the blood pressure and body temperature monitoring of the patients and sub-health population preliminarily,and provided the basis for further improvement of the comprehensive monitoring.
