为了适应食品科学与工程技术的发展和高等教育改革的需要,研究了一整套适合社会发展的食品科学与工程专业的多维递进式实践教学模式。将人文理念应用到实践教学,强化实验教学方法,改革见习实践教学,强化实习实践教学,从而提高学生的实践动手能力,缩短毕业生的工作适应期,增强社会竞争能力。
為瞭適應食品科學與工程技術的髮展和高等教育改革的需要,研究瞭一整套適閤社會髮展的食品科學與工程專業的多維遞進式實踐教學模式。將人文理唸應用到實踐教學,彊化實驗教學方法,改革見習實踐教學,彊化實習實踐教學,從而提高學生的實踐動手能力,縮短畢業生的工作適應期,增彊社會競爭能力。

In order to adapt to the development of food science and engineering and the needs of the reform of higher education, the research studied a set of progressive and multi-dimensional practice teaching mode in food science and engineering which is suitable for social development. It applied liberal idea to the practice teaching, strengthen teaching methods of the experiment, reformed practice teaching practice, strengthen practice teaching, so as to improve the students' practical ability, shorten the gradu-ates' work adjustment time, and strengthen social competed abili-ty.
