本研究运用文献资料、问卷调查、德尔菲等和因子分析等方法构建了民营企业家胜任力一般模型。包括4个维度的19个要素。民营企业家的胜任力模型,在评价、选拔、任用合格、优秀的民营企业家有积极的借鉴意义;对现有民营企业家胜任能力的提高、评价和激励也有推动作用;对促进企业业绩的提升,实现发展跨越举足轻重。
本研究運用文獻資料、問捲調查、德爾菲等和因子分析等方法構建瞭民營企業傢勝任力一般模型。包括4箇維度的19箇要素。民營企業傢的勝任力模型,在評價、選拔、任用閤格、優秀的民營企業傢有積極的藉鑒意義;對現有民營企業傢勝任能力的提高、評價和激勵也有推動作用;對促進企業業績的提升,實現髮展跨越舉足輕重。

This study uses literature, questionnaire survey, Delphy and factor analysis method to construct the private entrepreneur competency model, which consists of 19 elements in 4 dimensions. The competency model of private entrepreneurs have a positive significance in the evaluation, selection, appointment of qualified, excellent private entrepreneurs, also has contribution for existing private entrepreneurs competency improvement, evaluation and incentive, and plays a decisive role to promote enterprise performance improvement, achieve development across.
