目的探讨简便易行男性尿失禁患者留取尿培养方法在临床中应用。方法男性尿失禁患者在没有导尿情况下，采用无菌操作方法联合双层保鲜袋使用留取尿培养尿本。结果采用无菌操作方法联合双层保鲜袋使用留取尿培养尿本方法不仅操作简单，而且避免了对患者造成损伤及感染机会，值得推广。
