　　目的研究康复专科护理对社区卒中患者生存质量影响。方法对苏州市东港社区进行康复调查后纳入筛查出的78位卒中患者，对纳入者进行生存质量评估并随机分为专科护理组和常规护理组，康复科专科护士每月一次对专科护理组进行专科护理，社区普通护士对常规护理组每月一次进行常规护理，一年后对两组卒中患者再次进行生存质量评估，并比较两组结果。结果两组患者首次生存质量评估差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），分组护理后差异则有统计学意义（P<0.05），专科康复护理组生存质量明显高于常规护理组。结论社区中对卒中患者进行康复专科护理的疗效明显优于进行常规护理，应加强社区康复专科护理力量。

Objective To study the effect of quality of life of the specialist nurses of rehabilitation to stroke patients in community. Methods Assess the quality of life with Stroke Scale of Quality Of Life of 78 stroke patients who were col ected from the rehabilitation screening to the Donggang community of Suzhou, and divided them into 2 groups: specialist nurses group and conventional nurses group. A specialist nurse from the rehabilitation apartment cared the first group monthly, so as a clinic nurse to the second group. One year later assess the quality of life of the 2 groups and compare the result. Result the difference of the first assessment results had no statistical significance. The assessment results after nurse for one year had obvious statistical significance. The scores of quality of life of specialist nurse group were much higher. Conclusion The specialist nurse of rehabilitation was much better than conventional nurse to the stroke patients in community, the community specialist nurse of rehabilitation should be strengthened.
