目的研究川芎喷鼻剂对实验动物脑血管方面的药理效应作用。方法观察川芎喷鼻剂对家兔PT(凝血酶原时间)、APTT(部分凝血活酶时间)的影响;对大鼠微循环的影响;采用大鼠MCAO模型观察对大鼠脑内梗死面积的影响。结果川芎喷鼻剂可显著的延长血液的PT和APTT;可显著抑制大鼠肾上腺素引起的微动脉管径缩小,可显著减少大鼠脑梗死面积。结论川芎喷鼻剂具有抗凝、改善微循环和抗脑缺血作用。

목적연구천궁분비제대실험동물뇌혈관방면적약리효응작용。방법관찰천궁분비제대가토PT(응혈매원시간)、APTT(부분응혈활매시간)적영향;대대서미순배적영향;채용대서MCAO모형관찰대대서뇌내경사면적적영향。결과천궁분비제가현저적연장혈액적PT화APTT;가현저억제대서신상선소인기적미동맥관경축소,가현저감소대서뇌경사면적。결론천궁분비제구유항응、개선미순배화항뇌결혈작용。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Ligusticum Chuanxiong nasal spray on experimental cerebral ischemia and its mechanism. Method Ligusticum Chuanxiong nasal spray was given to animals nasal y, and the pharmacologic effects were observed on three animal models, which involved rabbit blood coagulation, reserpine produced low-5-HT mice migraine model and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rat. Resμlts Ligusticum Chuanxiong nasal spray could significantly prolong the prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), increased the diameters of microarteriole treated with adrenaline, and also decreased the area of cerebral infarction.Conclusion Ligusticum Chuanxiong nasal spray has the effect on blood coagulation, microcirculation and cerebral ischemia.
