基于二三维地理信息系统,结合石油行业的作业区井、间、站等物联网传感器监测数据,综合利用聚类、分类等多种数据挖掘算法,实现关键物联网传感器的采集数据分析建模,并基于实时更新数据进行模型增量式训练,从而实现基于GIS的传感器故障诊断和预警分析。试验结果标明,系统不仅可以实现设备故障的预警,而且在操作层面和用户界面层面具有方便快捷和更佳用户体验的特点。
基于二三維地理信息繫統,結閤石油行業的作業區井、間、站等物聯網傳感器鑑測數據,綜閤利用聚類、分類等多種數據挖掘算法,實現關鍵物聯網傳感器的採集數據分析建模,併基于實時更新數據進行模型增量式訓練,從而實現基于GIS的傳感器故障診斷和預警分析。試驗結果標明,繫統不僅可以實現設備故障的預警,而且在操作層麵和用戶界麵層麵具有方便快捷和更佳用戶體驗的特點。
기우이삼유지리신식계통,결합석유행업적작업구정、간、참등물련망전감기감측수거,종합이용취류、분류등다충수거알굴산법,실현관건물련망전감기적채집수거분석건모,병기우실시경신수거진행모형증량식훈련,종이실현기우GIS적전감기고장진단화예경분석。시험결과표명,계통불부가이실현설비고장적예경,이차재조작층면화용호계면층면구유방편쾌첩화경가용호체험적특점。
Based on 2D and 3D GIS, this paper, which is integrated with data acquired by sensors in the internet of things from wells , workshops and stations in the operation area and using other data mining algorithm such as clustering and classification , has realized an analysis and modeling of data acquired by the sensors in the internet of things ;and based on the real -time data, it performed an incremental test and realized breakdown diagnosis , early warning and analysis of sensors based upon GIS .The test results showed that the system can not only realize the early warning , but also convenient and more user -friendly in the operation level and user interface level.
