　　目的探讨宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术治疗妇科疾病的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2010年10月～2012年10月在我院应用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合诊治75例妇科疾病患者临床资料。结果75例患者共施行97项手术，手术时间为30～120min，所有患者6h后拔除导尿管，均在24 h内恢复肛门排气，无子宫穿孔、邻近脏器损伤及术后感染等并发症发生；出院后门诊随访3～12个月，28例不孕症患者术后妊娠11例，妊娠率39.3%，宫外孕1例；纵膈子宫7例获随访，足月妊娠3例、自然流产1例。结论宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术可同时诊断治疗宫腔与盆腔内的疾病，具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，在腹腔镜监护下行宫腔镜操作，可大大提高疾病诊断的准确性及治疗的有效性、手术的安全性，值得临床广泛应用。
　　목적탐토궁강경여복강경연합수술치료부과질병적림상개치。방법회고성분석2010년10월～2012년10월재아원응용궁강경여복강경연합진치75례부과질병환자림상자료。결과75례환자공시행97항수술，수술시간위30～120min，소유환자6h후발제도뇨관，균재24 h내회복항문배기，무자궁천공、린근장기손상급술후감염등병발증발생；출원후문진수방3～12개월，28례불잉증환자술후임신11례，임신솔39.3%，궁외잉1례；종격자궁7례획수방，족월임신3례、자연유산1례。결론궁강경여복강경연합수술가동시진단치료궁강여분강내적질병，구유창상소、회복쾌、병발증소등우점，재복강경감호하행궁강경조작，가대대제고질병진단적준학성급치료적유효성、수술적안전성，치득림상엄범응용。
Objective Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with the clinical value of surgical treatment of gynecological diseases. Conclusion Combination of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy surgery of uterine cavity and pelvic disease diagnosis and treatment at the same time, with little trauma, quick recovery, less complications advantages, In laparoscopic monitoring downward hysteroscopy operation, can greatly improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and treatment is effective, operation safety, has become an important means of treatment of gynecological diseases.
