目的研究慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能指标对肝硬度值变化的影响。方法研究35例慢性乙型肝炎患者,间隔1-33周分别检测瞬时弹性探测仪(Fibroscan,FS)肝硬度值,及血清ALT、AST、GGT、ALB、GLO和TBIL等。分析患者肝硬度值变化与年龄、肝功能变化幅度间的相关性,以及年龄、初始肝功能指标与肝硬度值变化速度之间的相关性。结果 AST、GGT、GLO、TBIL、DBIL的变化幅度,以及年龄均与肝硬度值变化幅度呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。初始ALB、TBIL和DBIL水平,与肝硬度值变化速度之间存在一定的相关性(r=-0.3661,0.5225,0.5746;P<0.05)。结论炎症程度对肝脏硬度值的检测有明显的影响;初始ALB越低,TBIL和DBIL水平越高,肝硬度值变化越快。

목적연구만성을형간염환자간공능지표대간경도치변화적영향。방법연구35례만성을형간염환자,간격1-33주분별검측순시탄성탐측의(Fibroscan,FS)간경도치,급혈청ALT、AST、GGT、ALB、GLO화TBIL등。분석환자간경도치변화여년령、간공능변화폭도간적상관성,이급년령、초시간공능지표여간경도치변화속도지간적상관성。결과 AST、GGT、GLO、TBIL、DBIL적변화폭도,이급년령균여간경도치변화폭도정정상관관계(P<0.05)。초시ALB、TBIL화DBIL수평,여간경도치변화속도지간존재일정적상관성(r=-0.3661,0.5225,0.5746;P<0.05)。결론염증정도대간장경도치적검측유명현적영향;초시ALB월저,TBIL화DBIL수평월고,간경도치변화월쾌。
Objective To study the affections of liver functions on liver stiffness in chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods Thirty-five CHBs were enrol ed. The liver stiffness values (measured by Fibroscan), serum ALT, AST, GGT, ALB, GLO and TBIL were detected twice with an interval of 1-33 weeks. The correlation between the changes in liver stiffness and the variation amplitudes of liver function, as wel as age, were analyzed. The correlation between initial liver function, as wel as age, and the changing velocity in liver stiffness were also analyzed. Result The variation amplitudes of AST, GGT, GLO, TBIL, DBIL levels, as wel as age, were correlated with the changes of liver stiffness (P<0.05). The initial ALB, TBIL and DBIL level, were correlated with the changing velocity in liver stiffness (r=-0.3661, 0.5225, 0.5746; P<0.05). Conclusion The degree of inflammation can affect the liver stiffness values. Lower initial ALB, or higher TBIL and DBIL levels, faster the liver stiffness change.
