In this paper, the suggestions on the cultural construc-tion of geological exploration are proposed-(1) Establishing the general principles of geological exploration cultural construction;(2) Building the team spirit of geological exploration; (3) Getting more people involved in geological exploration cultural construc-tion; (4) Establishing unit-based mass cultural organizations;(5) Constructing management culture.
