目的:编制大学生一般就业能力自评问卷,并进行心理测量学检验。方法:通过问卷调查收集初始项目,并进行项目筛选。对数据进行探索性因素分析(n =211)和心理测量学检验(n =1010),其中58名大学生间隔半个月进行重测。结果:最终形成30个题目,探索性因素分析降为4个维度:人际技能、实践操作能力、自我提升能力和个性品质。各因素负荷在0.46~0.76之间,累积方差贡献率为48.12%。项目难度介于0.63~0.80间,具有很好的区分度;总量表重测信度为0.54,4维度重测信度在0.40~0.59;总量表Cronbach α系数为0.93,4维度Cronbach α系数为0.66~0.83;各项目与其所在维度欲测量内容间的吻合度为0.55~0.74;验证性因素分析表明问卷四因素模型具有一定拟合度。结论:大学生一般就业能力问卷达到心理测量学基本要求,可在相关领域使用。

Objective: To develop the self-rating scale of general employability for college students and test its item analysis, relia-bility and validity. Methods: original item was collected through questionnaire. The structure of the scale was proposed though exploratory factor analysis (n=211). The item analysis, reliability and validity were examined (n =1010), and 58 subjects were retested 15 days later. Results:The scale was composed 30 items and four factors, interpersonal skills, executive ability, self-im-provement ability, personality trains. The range of factor loading was between 0.46-0.76 and they could explain 48.12%of ANO-VA. The item difficulty ranged from 0.63-0.80, and discrimina-tion were all good. The test-retest reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.54 and the four factors were between 0.40-0.59. The Cronbach α for each factor ranged from 0.66- 0.83 and the whole was 0.93. Item`s goodness of fit for its factor ranged from 0.55 to 0.74. The confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the four-factor model had good fitting indices. Conclusions: It sug-gests that the psychometric indices of self-rating scale of general employability for college students are acceptable and it could be used in the related researches.
