针对信息系统开发项目低成功率的特点,引入关键链,建立基于根方差法的项目关键链缓冲区模型,对缓冲区的设置与管理进行研究,改进传统的关键链缓冲区模型。算法求解上,设置信息系统开发项目工序的复杂度和资源紧张度两个调整参数,对缓冲区大小进行计算。最后,通过算例分析说明模型的实用性。

According to the low success rate of development projects about information system,critical chain buffer model of project based on the root variance method is established by introducing the critical chain. It is beneficial to set and man-age the buffer,and to improve the traditional critical chain buffer model. In the algorithm,the model sets the process com-plexity and resource intensity of development projects about information system,and then it is used to calculate the buffer size. Finally,the model shows the practicability through the analysis of the example.
