目的：研究治疗肝硬化过程中，肝功能检查的临床作用。方法回顾统计2012年5月至2013年5月江油市各大医院确诊的150例肝硬化患者的病例资料为病例组，同时，随机选取经检查无心、肾、肝、脑以及内分泌疾病的健康对照组150例，都经过正规的肝功能检查后，将两组进行对比。结果病例组除了总胆汁酸比健康对照组高之外，其余指标都比健康对照组低。病例组中，Child A级患者30例，Child B级患者49例，Child C级患者71例，总胆固醇、清蛋白的下降情况是由低到高依次为 A级、B级、C级。结论肝功能检测对准确诊断并分析肝硬化患者的病况、发展阶段以及预防等都起着十分重要的作用。
목적：연구치료간경화과정중，간공능검사적림상작용。방법회고통계2012년5월지2013년5월강유시각대의원학진적150례간경화환자적병례자료위병례조，동시，수궤선취경검사무심、신、간、뇌이급내분비질병적건강대조조150례，도경과정규적간공능검사후，장량조진행대비。결과병례조제료총담즙산비건강대조조고지외，기여지표도비건강대조조저。병례조중，Child A급환자30례，Child B급환자49례，Child C급환자71례，총담고순、청단백적하강정황시유저도고의차위 A급、B급、C급。결론간공능검측대준학진단병분석간경화환자적병황、발전계단이급예방등도기착십분중요적작용。
Objective To study the clinical application value of liver function tests for the treatment of liver cirrhosis .Methods Results of liver function tests of 150 patients with cirrhosis (case group) and 150 healthy sub-jects (control group) were retrospectively analyzed and compared .Results Except for total bile acid ,levels of other indicators in case group were lower than control group .In cases group ,there were 30 cases of Child A grade ,49 cases of Child B grade and 71 cases of Child C grade ,and the levels of total cholesterol and albumin from high to low were A grade ,B grade and C grade .Conclusion Liver function tests could be important for the judgment of disease condi-tion ,disease course and the prevention of liver cirrhosis .
